Ayurveda, the "science of life," is an ancient Indian system of medicine that has been around for over 5,000 years. It's a holistic approach to health and well-being that takes into account the mind, body, and spirit.

About me

Thank you for taking the time to explore the wonders of Ayurveda. My name is Amza and I am based in Brighton.

I have been interested in the power of nature and the healing qualities of the foods we eat for a very long time. In most South Asian households, we are taught about the importance of certain foods and their impact on the body and mind from an early age.

My journey began at home, with my mother sharing the knowledge she had learned from her mother and so on. I have since qualified as an Ayurvedic Practitioner, and I want to support people on their healing journey using what I like to call the Original Medicine.

A personalised approach to wellbeing

Natural treatments + Holistic =  Personalised

I understand that your health is a personal matter, and that's why I want to share with you the wisdom of Ayurveda. Ayurveda is a form of healing that focuses on a     personalised treatment plan that is tailored to your unique constitution, or dosha.

There are three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, each with its own distinct characteristics. When your doshas are in balance, you are healthy and vibrant. However, when they become imbalanced, you may experience illnesses or other health problems. So, let's work together to help you achieve balance, wellness, and a healthy life.

Consultations

Your health concerns are unique to you and require personalised attention. That's why I will  conduct Ayurvedic consultations with empathy and care.

I will take the time to assess your constitution, health concerns, and lifestyle, so I can offer tailored wellness guidance rooted in ancient Ayurvedic principles.

Ayurveda Massage

Ayurvedic massages are an ancient Indian approach to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being, practiced in homes on family members and in professional settings.

They balance your doshas and help eliminate toxins from the body, promoting natural cleansing and rejuvenation. I hope this information helps you understand the importance of massage therapy for your well-being.
